Northwest is a pop duo formed in London by Mariuca García Lomas and Ignacio Simon, both from neighboring Spain.
With a quirky mix of classical music, avant-garde electronics and psychedelia, the duo combine dance, theater and set design, making Northwest concerts one of the most entertaining live acts on the European scene.
Reflection, released in 2015, marked the move of Mariuca and Ignacio to the UK on a journey where they conceived the 12 songs that make up their debut LP, and put the duo in the media spotlight, drawing comparisons to Björk, Grouper and Portishead.
